In the winter you can feel the cold and the elements of this freshwater tidal area. Everywhere you look you see birds that come from the far north to spend the winter in the Biesbosch. On a summer evening you can enjoy countless dragonflies, damselflies and birds while paddling. From a canoe you experience the peace, nature, the Biesbosch much more intensely. In De Biesbosch you can canoe on all open waters. From the jetty you can cross the large creek and you will see a sign with the canoe route on your left. Enjoy!
